Tips for trekking in March, April, and May
- You are recommended to wear clothes in layers because the early spring may still be cold during the mornings, late afternoon, and at night.
- Spring is the peak trekking season and the accommodations and other services need to be booked earlier.
- If you want less crowded trekking, trek in the early days of spring, if you are ready to cope with the comparatively colder nights. Or, you can trek to alternative routes in the Everest region like Gokyo lakes or High Passes.
