Langtang Helambu Trek is another trek in the Langtang region that is quite popular among tourists. This trek takes 16 days to complete. In this trek, you will go to some of the most beautiful destinations in the Langtang region for mountain viewing like Sermathang, Tharepati, Sing Gompa etc.

The most famous of all of these treks is perhaps the Langtang valley trek. Its popularity has been growing thanks largely to the wonderful views of the mountains along with the cultural beauty of this region. The most popular place along this trek is the Kyanjin Monastery that is perched deep in the Langtang Valley. This place is blessed by the wonderful views of the mountains. It also serves as the point from which climbs to Kyanjin Ri, Tserko Ri and Yala peaks begins.

There is also a short trekking option for everyone who is looking to get a glimpse of the unique culture of the Langtang Region. This trek is known as The Tamang Heritage Trail. This trail is believed to have been discovered by a trekker who lost his way & stumbled on this route, & discovered the Tamang settlements in this region.

It is believed at that time, the people in The Tamang Heritage Trail had hardly had a glimpse of tourists. The people here more or less live in a culture that is more or less untouched by western civilization.
