During the trek, you will stay at tea houses. The accommodation they provide is simple, clean, and minimalistic with warm hospitality. You will be provided with 3 meals in one of these tea houses along the way. They provide meals ranging from the Nepali staple food dal bhat to pizza, depending upon how accessible the place is. Normally, you will eat dal bhat, noodles, pasta, flatbread, bakeries, eggs, vegetable soups, etc. Besides that, you can also bring chocolates, energy bars, and instant snacks to give you an energy boost along the way. You get to fill clean filtered water in your water bottles but you are advised to bring water purification pills with you too.
