The Agreement

The contract detail and agreement between Sublime Trails and our valuable clients are described below. Please read this document carefully Before booking the trip with us. Booking a trip with us means that you have consented to these terms, conditions, and provisions.

1. Trip Booking:

The 'TRIP' Means any tour packages that are listed on our website and other marketing channels by Sublime Trails. Trip booking means you booked those listed trips by paying the mentioned deposit amount and agreeing to pay full price on the given date by Sublime Trails or our authorized partner.

 Booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when the company sends a confirmation email after we received the deposit then the contract between the Company and the Client comes into existence.

2. Payments: 

You are required to pay only on the given bank account number and bank Name or if you pay through our online payment gateway from our website. Our clients only can accept the bank details from authorized and an initial corresponding email. Please don't accept bank details from another email than our corresponding email. Sublime Trails is not responsible for any loss of your payment made to an unauthorized bank.

3. Trip Costs with Inclusions and Exclusion

The tour cost includes all the things that are mentioned in our cost inclusion sections and those that are not mentioned in the inclusions sections are excluded, those costs must pay by the client themselves. 

4. Advance Deposit, Cancellation, and Refund

You must make a written request for the cancellation of your trip. If you cancel your booking after you have paid or deposited for the booking, the following percentage from your deposit will be incurred for cancellation.

Our Standard deposit amount for the Nepal tour and trekking is 50% and the Deposit for an overseas trip is 100%

  • If you cancel the trip 30 days before the trip departure date 50% of your deposit will be taken from Sublime Trails.
  • If you cancel the trip 10-30 days before the trip departure date 100% of your deposit amount will be taken from Sublime Trails.
  • If you cancel an overseas trip like Tibet, Bhutan, or India you must pay a 100% deposit pay in advance and if you cancel the trip before 30 days 50% is refundable, and if you cancel the trip lesser then 30 days the amount is non-refundable.
  • If you book the trip through our marketing channels and booking platform you are supposed to follow the cancellation policy mentioned on their terms and conditions.

5. Trip Cancel by Sublime Trails Pvt. Ltd:

Sublime Trails  Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to cancel any trip that is booked with us due to reasons beyond our control (i.e natural disasters, flight cancellation, consequences of strikes, industrial action, wars, riots, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, or other untoward occurrences. In such a case, Sublime Trails Pvt Ltd will refund the price after deducting the cost that has already been spent on the preparation of your trips.

6. Postponing the trip

In case you want to postpone your trip to a later date, you can do that as well. The cost of the trips will still be valid for up to one year after the initial booking was made. But, if there is an increase in the cost of the trip during this time, you just need to bear that.

7. Medical Costs and Insurance

If you are coming to travel, we highly recommend you have a medical checkup or a review of your health before you commence your journey. The same goes true for your friends, family, or other members you will be traveling with. A health checkup with a medical practitioner will help you assess your bodily conditions and let you know if you will need any medication during the trip.

Sublime Trails highly recommends you have medical insurance before you trek as the costs of evacuation and hospitalization in your travels are not included in our costs.

8. Health and Physical Condition

Sublime Trails will be grateful if you notify us in advance whether you have any physical conditions or special needs while traveling. That way we will be able to cater to your special needs like dietary requirements, access to special medications, wheelchair, etc.

9. Transfer of Booking

If you book a trip to a certain place but won’t be able to make it there and want to transfer your booking to a different place, we will help to facilitate that as well. Sublime Trails will help you transfer the confirmed trips to a different trip according to their availability. But, note that you might have to bear additional charges if extra costs are required for transfers.
