Another risk is altitude sickness in the high altitude region. Our team will put their best effort to keep you safe from all kinds of risks. There are going to be such risks as it is an adventure but your safety will be our first priority.

    • Our guides and other team members are well experienced and trained to handle minor problems. In case of emergency conditions, helicopter evacuations are available. Make sure your insurance covers all the expenses for such evacuations.

    • You have to inform a few days ahead for that. If our team is not in a tight schedule, you can also trek to Tlicho lake. However, the price of the package will be changed accordingly.

    • It is not safe to drink water from tap water and streams. The mineral water might not be available on the way. So, bringing the water purification pills with you is the best option for you.

First and foremost, I want to thank Mr. Shiva, my trek guide who was with me on my worst and best times in this trek. He was my source of motivation for this trek. Also, my fellow trekkers were kind enough.
