About Nepal Yoga Tour

Our Nepal Yoga Tour is female travellers and it is an exclusive package specially designed for empowering spiritual development. It is a short tour package of only 5 days that includes both spiritual practice and sightseeing. The highlight of this tour package is that you will get the chance to practice Yoga in Himalayan Yoga Academy, situated on the lap of the glorious Himalayas.

On the second day of our Nepal Yoga Tour, private transportation will be arranged for you. You will take a ride and visit some of the most exquisite places in the Kathmandu Valley. Most of them are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

The next day will be spent at Himalayan Yoga Academy. Yoga studios try to create an ambience by stimulating your sensory organs to evoke the feeling of a natural setting. This academy lets you learn and practice Yoga outdoors as opposed to recreating the setting. Taking your Yoga outdoors will add a natural element to your practice, bringing you closer to the true meaning of Yoga which means “union.”

On the fourth day, you will enjoy a ride to Pabitra Samaj Sewa, where differently-abled women and children live. Volunteering to help them with their daily activities gives rewards you feelings of selfless service, which is the pillar of spiritual development. It also brings joy and value to their lives as well.

Nepal Yoga Tour for female travellers is one of the best ways to get exposed to Yoga from the part of the world it originated from. The well preserved outdoor environment will enhance your overall experience and understanding of Yoga. A short hike has been added to Nepal Yoga Tour so that you can get a glimpse of the beauties of nature.

I had some memorable and interesting time in Nepal and want to thank Ram for letting me know that there was such a thing as Yoga tour. Nepal is a beautiful country and more beautiful if you focus on its spiritual aspects. About Sublime Trails, I have only positive things to say about them too. I will definitely choose them if I decide to come back to Nepal for any other trek or tours.
