On the second day of our Nepal Yoga Tour, private transportation will be arranged for you. You will take a ride and visit some of the most exquisite places in the Kathmandu Valley. Most of them are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The next day will be spent at Himalayan Yoga Academy. Yoga studios try to create an ambience by stimulating your sensory organs to evoke the feeling of a natural setting. This academy lets you learn and practice Yoga outdoors as opposed to recreating the setting. Taking your Yoga outdoors will add a natural element to your practice, bringing you closer to the true meaning of Yoga which means “union.”
On the fourth day, you will enjoy a ride to Pabitra Samaj Sewa, where differently-abled women and children live. Volunteering to help them with their daily activities gives rewards you feelings of selfless service, which is the pillar of spiritual development. It also brings joy and value to their lives as well.
Nepal Yoga Tour for female travellers is one of the best ways to get exposed to Yoga from the part of the world it originated from.
