Trekking in Nepal is usually in high altitude and there is always the risk of you getting some health problems. In Kathmandu Valley, There are many good hospitals and clinics. During trekking, it is highly advised to carry some precautionary medical kits with you. However, Sublime Trails staff carries emergency medical supplies.

This is the basic list to cover the more common ailments that affect trekkers. Climbing groups, expeditions, and trekkers going to isolated areas will need a more comprehensive kit.
